The Remote Control RC200-M1 manual override unit offers customers manual valve operation in the event of compressed air supply failure. The RC200-M1 manual override unit has many advantages when compared to standard pneumatic actuators.

These are standard on-the-shelf actuators at Remote Control.

One of our customers supplied valves to a gas refinery in Tyumen, Siberia, Russia. 75 valve positions for on-off and modulating were installed in the gas plant, from DN 1” to DN 24”, class # 300.

These valves operate at working temperatures from -100 °C / -150 °F to +300 °C / +570 °F. Siberia boost extreme climatic conditions, the surrounding temperature during winter months can be as low as
-45 °C / -50 °F. In these extreme conditions Remote Control specified and delivered RC 200 Low Temperature actuators adapted for Arctic service.

All on-off and modulating valves have RC200 or RCG90/100-DA or -SR actuators equipped with manual over ride M1. For on-off applications the customer chose our Atex approved and also GOST certified switch box RC 1990 for explosive environment which is certified for ambient temperatures from -55°C / -58°F up to
+110°C / +230°F.

Complete assembly of actuator, valve, switch boxes and positioners was made at Remote Control. All units are functionally tested before despatch to the customer.
